The brand identity for a start-up holistic gym and spa, which promotes well-being and self care, focusing on the body and mind equally. It is targeting adults who might have demanding jobs but high wages, meaning it would be a higher end gym. They are an opportunity for wellness enthusiasts to boost.

Biophilia is the innate connection between humans and nature.
Being closer to nature and natural things has a positive impact on people's physiological (reduces anxiety),  psychological (reduces fear and anger) and cognitive function (improves creativity and boosts mood). Imagery of natural elements is frequently used throughout the switch branding as it portrays a calm feeling, and the accompanying elements will reflect the same emotion.
